About David E. Berkman

Mr Garcia heads the workers' compensation division of Angones, McClure & Garcia and has an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell. He is a past president of The Hispanic American Compensation Law Association, and is the current chair of of the Workers’ Compensation Section of The Florida Bar and is on its  Executive Council.

Mr Garcia has also been the chair of the Florida Bar Workers' Compensation Forum since 2014.
