David Hill has been a Florida attorney for more than 27 years. He is a 1992 graduate of the University of Florida College of Law. In 1997, David started his own law firm, David E. Hill, P.A. David has decades of experience handling workers’ compensation claims and has litigated thousands of workers’ compensation cases from Miami to Pensacola.

David’s work in the field of workers’ compensation law is recognized in the published cases of King v. Winn Dixie Stores, Inc. , 637 So.2d 66 (Fla. 1st DCA 1994) where he served as appellate counsel, and Gruber vs. Caremark , 853 So.2d 540 (Fla. 5th DCA 2003) where David served as trial counsel.
