David S Luber, LL.M. is a Florida Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estates and Inheritance Attorney. Also admitted but inactive status with the Illinois bar. He completed a Master of Laws in Estate Planning from the U of Miami School of Law after obtaining his Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern Law Center. Served as Chairman of Probate and Trust Section of Broward County Bar Association.

Past President of an Estate Planning Council (group of attorneys, CPA's, financial advisors and related professionals who meet to discuss probate and estate related topics) in Broward. Professional Advisory committee member of Jewish Federation in Florida.
