About David Michael Greene

David M. Greene is a Tampa native and has spent his professional career representing clients within the State of Florida and primarily within Central Florida. With a broad range of litigation experience in construction law, personal injury, general commercial, and criminal defense matters he advocates in both state and federal courts.

David began his litigation career in the trenches of the criminal justice system, working as defense counsel for the State of Florida in Hillsborough County. While honing his litigation skills against seasoned attorneys, Mr Greene was lead counsel in dozens of trials where his tenacity resulted in great successes for his clients.

By joining a national law firm, David M. Greene began representing homeowners and homeowner associations involved in construction defect claims. David has also successfully represented clients in a wide variety of automobile and motorcycle accidents, construction site accidents, and other personal injury matters.
