David Neville

About David Neville

David Neville was born in Tampa and attended Jesuit High School. He graduated summa cum laude from St. Leo University with his B.A., as well as receiving the coveted “Horgan Scholarship” and the “Outstanding Pre-Law Student Award.” David then attended Stetson University College of Law (J.D., cum laude).

While attending law school, David interned for U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Kovachevich, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. David is the survivor of a nearly fatal traffic accident, which motivated him to pursue a career in Injury Law so he could help others, like himself, who have been the victims of the carelessness of others.

David is a member of The Florida Bar, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers, and the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association). David has been a motorcycle enthusiast since he was a teenager and is a proud member of the Harley Owners Group – National (Lifetime), as well as the Florida Gulf Coast H.

O.G. Chapter. David is also a member of the 1st U.S. Volunteer Cavalry (The Roughriders).
