DUI Defense: My partner, James Phillips, and I are the only BOARD CERTIFIED DUI DEFENSE EXPERTs with offices in Orlando. Further, I am one of only four Board Certified DUI Defense Experts in the state of Florida.  I am nationally recognized as a DUI Defense Expert by the National College for DUI Defense which is accredited by the American Bar Association.

 I have authored or co-authored 6 books on DUI defense including two training manuals used by other lawyers to learn to defend DUI cases.  DUI is not recognized as a specialized area of law in Florida, therefore please note that I am not certified as a specialist by the Florida Bar. Gun Law: Co-Author of Florida Gun Law:Armed and Educated, now in it's 4th Edition.

  Further, as an Expert Firearm Attorney I have been the featured speaker at more than 250 gun law seminars and workshops in Florida. Topics include gun laws, gun owners’ rights and the second amendment, Surviving an Activbe Shooter Encounter, Surviving Civil Unrest, The Castle Doctrine, What to Expect in the Aftermath of Self-Defense and much more.

  I am also a Florida statewide firearm attorney for U.S. LawShield, Legal Defense for Self-Defense Program. As such, I works with nearly 100,000 gun owners throughout the state in firearm and self-defense related matters.
