Mr Hollander also represents people charged by the Government and accused of a crime. David Hollander was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2006 and has been actively practicing law for over 10 years in both the public and private sectors. Before entering private practice, David Hollander began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
During his three-year commitment in Putnam County, he prosecuted criminal cases ranging from misdemeanor offenses to felony crimes punishable by life imprisonment. From filing decisions, pretrial preparation, trial and post-conviction practice, David Hollander gained an intimate understanding of Florida’s justice system.
In private practice, David Hollander has handled all aspects of both personal injury and criminal defense matters, from initial client consultation to final resolution, including pre-litigation negotiations and resolution, all the way through jury trial. David Hollander earned his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2006, with all Honors.
In addition to graduating in the top 10% of his class, he was a member and editor on the Law Review, gaining advanced legal research and writing skills; the Moot Court Honor Board, gaining advanced oral and written argument skills; and the Mock Trial Team, gaining trial preparation and presentation skills.
He was also honored for his participation in providing pro bono legal services to his community. David Hollander received both his Bachelor of Arts Degree and his Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. In addition to his legal career, David Hollander promotes positive social awareness within the community by producing a new genre of music called Responsible Rap, which promotes positive messages through relevant lyrics from a lawyer’s perspective.
