About David Tamaroff

David Tamaroff is a well-recognized and experienced intellectual property attorney. On behalf of his clients, he has: negotiated multimillion-dollar business agreements and handled other contractual matters; secured intellectual property rights by obtaining copyright and trademark registrations; managed large and valuable intellectual property portfolios; commercialized intellectual property assets through licensing, assignment, and enforcement; litigated intellectual property and other claims in federal courts across the country, including claims of copyright infringement, patent infringement, trademark infringement, counterfeiting, deceptive and unfair trade practices, breach of contract, and fraud; handled various trademark proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board; and handled various claims in arbitration before the American Arbitration Association.

David received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, magna cum laude. He served on the executive board of the University of Miami International & Comparative Law Review and received both the CALI Award and Dean’s Certificate for his work in Patent Law. David received his B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, cum laude, in Biochemistry & Biophysics.

He was inducted into Beta Beta Beta, the National Biological Honor Society.
