David T. Alvarez is a highly skilled and experienced criminal defense attorney. He has successfully obtained favorable results for clients in State and Federal Courts. He is a licensed attorney in Florida and appears on a regular basis before State and Federal judges. Prior to opening his own firm, Mr Alvarez began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney, Assistant Statewide Prosecutor and Federal Prosecutor (cross sworn).

 During said tenures, Mr Alvarez was responsible for prosecuting all types of criminal cases.  Mr Alvarez as served as lead counsel in cases involving Murder, Drug Trafficking, Rape, Extortion, Burglary, Assault, Carjacking, Health Care Fraud, Bank Fraud, Securities Fraud, as well as a plethora of misdemeanor cases.
