In 1993, Ms. Eldridge received her Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, from the Fredric G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. Since that time, Ms. Eldridge’s practice has been focused primarily in the area of workers’ compensation aggressively representing carriers, municipalities, self-insured employers and professional employer organizations.
Ms. Eldridge was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She attended the University of Pittsburgh before transferring to the University of Florida, where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. Prior to entering law school, Ms. Eldridge worked as an all lines adjuster for one of the largest property and casualty insurance carriers in the State of Florida.
Ms. Eldridge spent a decade on the Department of Financial Services, Division of Insurance Fraud, Workers Compensation Fraud Task Force, serving as a voting member for several years. She is a previous member of the Carrollwood Area Business Association and the Workers’ Compensation Rules Committee.
Ms. Eldridge is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
