About Diane Ilene Zuckerman

I was born Washington D.C, however, Tampa has been my home and community for 40 years. After graduating with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, I practiced in that field, until making a career change at the age of 28. I was able to fund law school by working as a nurse at Shands Teaching Hospital in Gainesville and then returned home to practice first 25 years as a lawyer was spent in medical malpractice and nursing home litigation, and during that time elder law was developing as a separate area of practice.

 The elder law field is a perfect fit for me. I enjoy working with the clients immensely. It is truly a privilege to serve folks who are at a crossroads in life and need some extra help and knowledge. I am a member of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar, a member of its Probate committee, as well as a the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.
