About Dustin M Tischler

Dustin Tischler, who was born in West Palm Beach, Florida and raised in Spring Lake, New Jersey, graduated with honors from Florida State University with a B.A. in Finance in 2002. Dustin subsequently attended the University of Miami School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor Degree with highest honors in 2006.

 Dustin was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007 and has based his legal practice in Florida ever since. Following graduation, Dustin accepted a position with the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney, where he prosecuted thousands of cases over a span of three years. As an assistant state attorney, Dustin tried approximately 50 jury trials, worked countless bench trials, and handled all types of criminal matters, including drug trafficking, armed robbery, sexual battery, murder, and driving under the influence (DUI) arrests.

In 2009, Dustin left the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney to pursue the practice of criminal defense and family law. Dustin has successfully defended clients throughout the state of Florida and the United States, includding New Jersey and Connecticut, in both state and federal court. Recently, Dustin successfully defended the owner of a clinical research facility that was charged in the Southern District of Florida with mulitple counts of money laundering and fraud.

After a five week federal trial, the client was found not guilty of all charges. Additionally, Dustin has won several murder trials and sexual assults in recent years.
