About Dusty Lorraine Twyman

Attorney Dusty Twyman-Morey was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1998 and has remained an active member in good standing since that time. She has recently been recognized in the 2023 Edition of Best Lawyers, having also received this distinction for 2020 and 2021. In 2023, she is also recognized in Top Lawyers of Florida by The Legal Network, having also received this distinction in prior years since 2013, for representing the "Highest in Ethical Standards and Professional Excellence.

" In 2023, she was again recognized by Lawyers of Distinction for her excellence in family and divorce law, an honor she also received from 2020 through 2022. This year, 2023, she has been named an Elite Lawyer in Family Law. Dusty is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. Dusty is a long-time member of the American Bar Association.

She has been an active member of the Central Florida Collaborative Family Law Institute since 2008 and a long-time member of the Central Florida Family Law Inns of Court, where she holds the designation of Barrister. Dusty is a former president of the Lake County Bar Association, Family Law Division.

Dusty brings her extensive knowledge and experience as a family law attorney into her role as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. Drawing from her years of experience in the courtroom, as a litigator, and also from her training as a collaborative attorney, as a mediator, she is able to generate creative options and assist the parties in reaching resolution.

She enjoys her role as a mediator because from her experience over more than two decades, mediation provides for successful resolution of family law matters, allowing the parties to make the decisions that impact the rest of their lives.
