Ms. E. Audrey Glover-Dichter has over 25 years of experience practicing law.  Prior to practicing Advertising and Marketing Law, Ms. Glover-Dichter practiced primarily business immigration law, giving her extensive experience working with clients and businesses worldwide mostly in Spanish. Currently, Ms.

Glover-Dichter advises clients on Advertising and Marketing Law in the USA.  In particular, she works with businesses and agencies that would like to advertise  products in the USA for the first time.  Ms. Glover-Dichter guides clients throughout the creative process by reviewing ads for all media venues in English and Spanish, and before they are published, in order to meet the regulatory requirements of the intended market and audience.

Ms. Glover-Dichter also reviews current marketing campaigns in English and Spanish to advise on potential changes needed to meet the applicable regulatory requirements.  The law changes constantly.  It is imperative that marketing campaigns be reviewed and refreshed as necessary to meet the ever changing requirements of the law.

  Ms. Glover-Dichter, also works with in-house counsel as the need arises. Advertising and Marketing law is covered by several bodies of laws on the states level and federal level.  It could be confusing trying to meet all the regulatory requirements, but Ms. Glover-Dichter guides you during the creative process in English and Spanish, and before your marketing campaigns are exposed to the public and your competition.

Regardless of the language of your marketing campaign, Advertising and Marketing Law applies if your campaign targets the US market. Should a challenge arise at the NAD, CARU, NARB, FTC, or other regulatory bodies,  Ms. Glover-Dichter represents her clients in such challenges regardless of her involvement in the creative process.

  The point of working together during the creative process, however,  is to attempt to avoid such challenges, although, it is not always possible.  Being part of your creative process, gives Ms. Glover-Dichter the insight to better represent you during such challenges, should they arise. Ms.

Glover-Dichter is a graduate of The American University Washington College of Law (WCL) in Washington, DC.  Ms. Glover-Dichter studied International Law while at WCL, from which she graduated with her Juris Doctor degree in 1990.  During her over 25 year legal career, Ms. Glover-Dichter has authored articles and has spoken at different events sharing her legal experience and knowledge.

Ms. Glover-Dichter has been a successful solo practitioner since November 1999, when she established Law Offices of Audrey Glover-Dichter, which has since evolved into Glover Dichter, PL.  Ms.  Glover-Dichter attributes much of her success to the personalized attention each client is given.  As a solo practitioner, the clients work directly with Ms.

Glover-Dichter, who also makes herself accessible by phone and email by replying promptly. Currently, Ms. Glover-Dichter is a member of the Organization of Women in International Trade,  OWIT, where she is an active member and is part of the Planning Committee. Ms.
