Since 1977, the AV Preeminent probate and estate planning law firm of Lauer Law, P.A. (formerly E. Steven Lauer, P.A.) in Vero Beach, Florida, has provided a variety of estate planning services, as well as offering legal counsel regarding probate and trust administrations, tax preparation, real estate, and elder law.

E. Steven Lauer is the only attorney in Indian River County who has passed the C.P.A. exam and is Florida Board Certified in Wills, Trust, Estates and Taxation. In addition, the office staff includes an accountant, who prepares fiduciary accountings and tax returns; an attorney with a Master of Laws in Taxation; and paralegals, who assist with probate and trust administrations and real estate transactions.

  Finally, although the office would be pleased to work with a corporate or family fiduciary to administer an estate or trust, Mr Lauer has acted as an independent fiduciary on many occasions working hand in hand with the client’s trusted financial advisor.  As a result, the office provides “one stop shopping” for the various needs of its clients.
