Elan Baret, a partner in the law firm, is a member of the Florida and New York state bars and the Israeli Bar. He has also been admitted to the United States Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr Baret is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association and has been practicing law since 1999.

Mr Baret earned his Bachelor of Laws Degree (L.L.B) fromManchester University of England and his Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) From St. Thomas University. Mr Baret is proudly and honorably serving in the United States Coast Guard Select Reserve at their legal department in Miami, Florida. Mr Baret is fluent in the Hebrew language.
