Elizabeth is a transactional attorney representing local and national commercial real estate developers, home builders, owners, investors, commercial landlords & tenants, and businesses. Her practice will also soon be servicing residential real estate closings and brokerage firms. Elizabeth is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, providing a unique perspective to her practice of law.
Experienced in a wide range of complex real estate related matters from contract through closing (and post-closing), Elizabeth has built a career servicing the real estate industry. Prior to practicing law, Elizabeth held various leadership roles working with Fortune 500 companies, developed extraordinary business relationships, and negotiated countless contracts.
Elizabeth has also taken pride in supporting her family's long-standing Real Estate Development Company, the Henin Group. Elizabeth earned her J.D., Magna Cum Laude, in the top 2.9% of her class. She also earned a Certificate in Real Property and Environmental Sustainability, and a Pro Bono Honors Award.
Elizabeth also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management. During law school, Elizabeth served as Staff Editor for the Florida Coastal Law Review and as Executive Student Director for the Florida Coastal Pro Bono Program. Elizabeth also worked as a Legal Extern for the Orange County Attorney’s Office, supporting a variety of real estate related matters including: land use & development; construction law; contracts; eminent domain; environmental law; code enforcement; and administrative law.
Elizabeth is a member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law, Environmental & Land Use, and Business Law Sections.
