About Elizabeth Roehrig Ondriezek

I am a Jacksonville native and feel privileged to practice law in the community in which I grew up. I received two bachelor's degrees from the University of North Florida and worked as a Certified Public Accountant before attending law school at the University of Florida. I love to help people with the most complex issues the law presents, i.

e., family, adoption and juvenile law. These cases are emotionally charged and require a calm demeanor at times, yet zealous advocacy in court. I believe my personality is well suited to these challenges and that my CPA background allows me to analyze and understand the complicated financial issues that sometimes present themselves in family law cases.

I am also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator. This training is helpful when I attend mediation with my clients. The vast majority of family law matters are settled in mediation, so being prepared and understanding the process are extremely important. As for my adoption cases, I feel I have extra insight into the issues because I was adopted as a baby myself.

These cases hold a very special place in my heart. I accept matters in Duval, Clay, Nassau and St. Johns Counties and have experience handling family law issues for military members. This is an important area of practice for me and my firm given our location between two large military bases. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
