Eric Boughman advises clients primarily engaged in the business of healthcare and technology. He has a broad base of knowledge and experience from which he draws upon to craft solutions to complicated legal problems. Eric also provides general counsel to business owners and investors takes pride in building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Eric has been admitted to practice law in Florida and Nevada, as well as in the U.S. Tax Court and other courts throughout the country on a pro hac vice basis for specific matters. Eric graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School after earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland while he was serving in the U.

S. Air Force. His duty included tours in Turkey and Saudi Arabia.
