About Erica Tate Healey

Erica is a Board-Certified Adoption Attorney and partner at Tate Healey Webster law firm. Erica practices in the areas of adoption and surrogacy. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was an editor of the Florida Law Review and earned the prestigious Order of the Coif.

 She has clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and also externed for the United States Middle District of Florida. Super Lawyers Magazine has consistently recognized her as one of Florida’s Rising Stars in 2015 to the present, and Erica has been accepted to the prestigious Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys.

Prior to joining the law firm of Jeanne T. Tate, P.A., Erica practiced law in complex product liability litigation and aviation defense at Banker Lopez Gassler P.A., where she became partner after four years. Erica is married with three wonderful children.
