I am a Florida Bar board certified construction attorney practicing civil litigation with an emphasis on construction and commercial disputes. I represent owners, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, and material and equipment suppliers in residential and commercial construction.

I handle matters involving construction liens (mechanic's liens), surety bonds, contract drafting, review and revision, contract negotiations, change order disputes, and construction defect claims.  I am rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest possible rating in legal ability and ethical standards.
