About Erik William Berger

I was born in Pittsburgh, PA and received my undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from the Thiel College in Greenville, Pennsylvania in 1993, where I played Varsity Basketball for four years. I am also a 1996 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

I focus my practice on assisting individuals in claims for Short Term, Long Term and Individual disability benefits. I am admitted to practice in the states of Florida and Pennsylvania, along with the Northern, Southern and Middle Federal District Courts of Florida and in the Western Federal District of Pennsylvania.

I am a member of the state bar associations of Florida and Pennsylvania, along with the Federal Bar Association. I am  also a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representative (NOSSCR) and has spoken at numerous conferences.
