About Erin Shanae McLean

Erin Hardister, Esq. is a native of North Carolina. As a military brat, she always had a passion for service and giving back to the community. Mrs. Hardister received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Sociology and Concentration in Law & Society from East Carolina University. She received her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal Law School and successfully completed the Family Law Certification Program.

During law school, she served as Vice President for the Family Law Society and as a clinician in the Family Law Clinic representing individuals unable to afford legal services. She went on to serve as Certified Legal Intern with the State Attorney’s Office. Mrs. Hardister began her career as an Assistant State Attorney.

During this time, she successfully prosecuted a variety of misdemeanor and felony cases. A portion of her tenure was spent in the domestic violence unit where she prosecuted acts of domestic violence and advocated for victims of these crimes. Since leaving the State Attorney's Office, Mrs. Hardister has practiced primarily in civil, criminal and family law in the Tampa Bay area.

Mrs. Hardister is a certified Family Law Mediator helping to provide alternative dispute resolutions to families. While Ms. Hardister continues to assist with uncontested and alternative dispute family law issues, Visionary Legal assists entrepreneurs and entertainment artists with organizing their legal affairs and protecting their rights.

She remains committed to giving back through pro bono work with local legal aids, and volunteer work. Education: East Carolina University: B.S.
