Bryant Blevins is a Partner at Butler Pappas. He is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Courts, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida (1998), Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania (1990), as well as the U.S Supreme Court. Bryant attended the University of Colorado and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1986.
He attended Widener University School of Law and received a Juris Doctorate in 1989. He was a law clerk to the Honorable Jerome Herlihy of the Superior Court of Delaware (1990-1991). He began the practice of law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he worked as part of a national counsel team of lawyers trying cases in the Northeast.
In 1997 he moved to Miami, Florida where he is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with twenty-four years of legal experience representing clients in civil litigation in State and Federal courts. Bryant litigates on behalf of individuals, public and private companies on a nationwide basis involving complex high exposure lawsuits in the following areas: bad faith, construction, crane accidents, environmental, excess coverage, medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, professional liability, sexual misconduct, toxic torts and trucking cases.
His trial experience includes over seventy trials to verdict as lead counsel.
