For over twenty years, Frank G. Fernandez has been practicing law in the Tampa Bay area. He has dedicated his legal career to the practice of Personal Injury law, Criminal law, and Family law. In 1992 he received his undergraduate degree from St. Louis University, which he attended under a full academic scholarship.
Mr Fernandez received his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law in 1995 and became a member of the Florida Bar later that year. Frank has appeared on behalf of his clients at the trial and appellate level in Federal and State courts all throughout Florida. Frank has received the Client Distinction Award four consecutive years in a row from Martindale-Hubble and as he was recognized by his clients for excellence in Quality of Service, Overall Value, Responsiveness and Communication Ability in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
Frank was presented with the first ever Most Honored Professionals award in 2016 for receiving repeated, authenticated, publicized honors from the press, peers, trade groups and clients over a five year period. Shortly thereafter, he received The Best of Tampa Award for Personal Injury Law in 2016 which is presented to businesses that provide positive service to their customers and community, helping to make the Tampa area a vibrant and vital place to live.
Mr Fernandez received an award from Martindale-Hubbell to commemorate his 15 year anniversary of proudly serving the needs of citizens in Hillsborough County and Tampa Florida back in 2010. In 2015, Frank received his second community award from Martindale-Hubbell in recognition for his continued service in the Tampa Bay area for 20 years.
Mr Fernandez specializes in all Personal Injury matters with an expertise in auto accident cases, boating accidents, commercial vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents and slip and falls. Frank also practices Divorce; Paternity; Modification and Enforcement of Marital Settlement Agreements; Establishment and Modification of Child Support; Alimony; Establishment and Modification of Time-Sharing and Parenting plans; and all other Family Law litigation.
