Garrett Tanner Zediker is a trial attorney that provides help to indivduals and their families for injuries sustained by the negligence of others and while injured on the job or in the work place.  Mr Zediker brings a dynamic skill set with his legal servcies. In years past, he has represented the intertest for a broad spectrum of clients including  Fortune 500 corporations, airframe manufacturers, engine and component part manufacturers, insurance companies and thousands of clients in the civil and criminal arenas.

He was sworn into the Florida Bar in 1999 and has been licensed in Florida in state and federal court, including the United States District Court, the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is published in various recorders, journals and legal publications, including the Florida Law Weekly Supplement with opinions detailing court awards, court orders, attorney fee awards, expert witness discovery opinions and various other evidentiary victories and court awards.

  Mr Zediker has been awarded attorney fees by order of the court in state and county court in Miami Dade and Broward County, Florida. In addition, he has been tendered as an expert witness in Florida regarding "reasonable attorney fees" in Miami-Dade and Broward County state and county courts. In the course of years of practice, he has secured millions of dollars on behalf of injured clients through litigation, settlements, negotiations and jury awards.

Mr Zediker brings his skill, background and experience to provide legal services to the injured in our communities around Florida. He has tried well over 100 jury and bench trials to verdict. In June 2007, Zediker's work ethic and trial skill resulted in $2.4 Million dollar verdict awarded by a Miami jury in a product liability case agaiist a manufacturer that was responsible for a Miami resident being injured while on the job.
