About Gary Lee Miller

Gary Miller has been a civil trial attorney since being admitted to the bar in 1983. He holds a B.S., with distinction, from the United States Naval Academy and obtained his law degree, with honors, from the University of Florida. Gary has tried personal injury, property damage and many other insurance related cases throughout Florida.

He enjoys public speaking on law related topics and has addressed the National and Florida Associations of Public Insurance Adjusters on a number of insurance related topics. He is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to the Middle and Southern District Courts and is a member of the  Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a 2019 Florida SuperLawyer.

Though his practice focuses on representing individual consumers, Gary has represented a wide range of clients during his career including Fortune 500 companies, Major League Baseball teams and a number of award winning professional athletes and entertainers. Gary is an avid outdoorsman, sports enthusiast and masters track athlete, having won the Florida state 400m, 800m and 1500m age group titles on multiple occasions.

He is a 2019 All American in Masters Track & Field. Gary and his spouse of 44 years, Cindy, reside in Odessa, Florida.
