George E. Clause II, Esq. is a partner at The Clause Law Group. George focuses his practice on creating innovative ways to provide legal services to clients. Using his experience in representing clients in various industries, including Business/Commercial Transactions, Civil Litigation, Construction Law, Family Law, Tax, and Wills/Estates/Trusts/Probate.

In addition to helping clients with traditional legal services, George works with businesses and farmers to strategize how to be leaders in today’s and tomorrow’s cannabis markets by incorporating innovative technologies, green initiatives, and global investments into their development and investment processes to maximize profits and impact within the community.

In George’s free time he is an author, martial artist, and pilot. George graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry. During his undergraduate years his favorite classes were Physical and Quantum chemistry. George performed chemistry research at Cornell University before deciding to attend law school.

George graduated Cum Laude from Vermont Law School and was a member of the Vermont Law Review. He is passionate about complex systems and helping people which is one reason why he chose to practice law. George will take the time to understand your case in a practical, cost-efficient manner. George is personal, eloquent, and will represent you relentlessly.

George is an active member of the Florida Bar; the Martin County Bar Association; the St. Lucie County Bar Association; and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
