About George Mcmullin Jr.

George A. McMullin is a Partner at Butler Pappas. George graduated from Florida State University College of Law and is a member of The Florida Bar. While attending Florida State, he was a member of the Florida State University College of Law Business Journal and a Student Member of The American Inns of Court.

George devotes his practice primarily to the representation of insurance carriers in prosecution of subrogation claims against responsible third parties in various practice areas including, tort liability, products liability, construction defects, subsidence litigation, materials failures, and fire spread litigation.

Prior to his employment with Butler Pappas, George devoted his practice to the defense of insurance carriers in the area of workers' compensation, and now uses that experience to represent workers' compensation insurance carriers in enforcing their lien rights in accordance with the applicable state worker's compensation laws.
