David Jesus Puentes is an Attorney at Cifuentes-Marrero, P.A. David is experienced in U.S. immigration law, working exclusively in the field of business and employment law since having been licensed to practice in 2016 and working in immigration with the law firm Cifuentes-Marrero since February 2015.

David has processed hundreds of TN-2 visas including new cases and renewals as well as numerous L1A, L1B, H1B, O-1, EB1 based on extraordinary ability, EB1 for multinational manager or executive, PERM cases, E-1, E-2, EB2, EB3, and other employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University in 2012 and his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude from the University of Miami in 2016.

He is licensed to practice in the state of Florida as well as in the U.S. Southern District of Florida and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. David is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and serves on various committees in the Latin American and Caribbean Chapter, South Florida Chapter, and National organization.
