Proudly, I am a personal injury and civil trial attorney. I put clients first, always! It's my responsibility to make sure that every potential (and existing) client is receiving the very best servicve from me and my staff. I enjoy explaining in detail to client's the process of a managing a personal injury case from A to Z and why I recommend one strategy over another.

I always discuss how a case might play out in a trial so my client understands the importance of very stage in a case. I have gone to and won State and Federal jury trials in personal injury and civil litigation. My successes come from my ability to draw from almost 15 years of legal practice in different areas of law to maximize my client's case compenation.

If you have read this far, allow me to explain: My previous suspension from practicing law and current probation is NOT related to legal malpractice of any type of a case. Fortunately, I learned from my mistakes. I currently have on retainer a trust account CPA and provide the Florida Bar quarterly trust reports. The bar complaint initially filed was not from a client.
