About Glenn Bruce Kritzer

Glenn Kritzer is an experienced, criminal trial and appellate attorney who for more than 35 years has handled complex criminal cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He has successfully defended individuals and corporations accused of a wide variety of criminal law violations including medicare fraud, mortgage, bank and insurance fraud, tax evasion, public corruption and money laundering.

Mr Kritzer is a member of the Florida, New York and California Bars. He is a former federal prosecutor in South Florida and New York City. In addition, Mr Kritzer is a Martindale Hubbell "AV" Rated Attorney, which is the highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards based upon a strenuous peer-review rating process.

Mr Kritzer also has been consistently selected by Super Lawyers Magazine for its annual list of top attorneys in Florida. Glenn Kritzer is admitted to and has practiced before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Eastern District of Wisconsin, as well as the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Fifth, Seventh and Eleventh Circuits.

He was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States in 1985.
