About Gustavo Eduardo Frances

I am Gustavo E. Frances, a Fort Lauderdale attorney who represents people facing Family Law issues. I also handle civil legal matters, like car accidents and condominium law issues.  I help people with certain criminal cases when they need it, on a case by case basis. I graduated from Florida International University in Miami with a B.

A. degree in criminal justice, and earned my law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, in Miami, where I graduated with honors. I worked as an assistant public defender for three years before starting my own law practice. During that time, I defended hundreds of defendants with cases ranging from misdemeanors to first-degree felonies.

I became familiar with many of the prosecutors and judges, and I use my knowledge to help my clients make smart choices about their own legal situations. I have never been a pencil pusher. I am a fighter, and I fight hard to help you get the best possible results in Florida courts.
