About Heather Bryan
Heather Bryan is an experienced trial attorney. Â Heather began her legal career at the Public Defender's Office for the Tenth Judicial Circuit, where she worked on misdemeanors, felonies, and appeals. Heather's passion for the courtroom was fueled by defending those whose rights had been compromised. Â She understands the importance of protecting all peoples'Â fundamental, Constitutional rights. Â Heather firmly believes in the tenet that every person deserves zealous representation, and if the case requires it, Heather is dedicated to giving every client his or her day in court. Â No matter the accusations, every client deserves competent, knowledgeable, and compassionate representation. Â This is justice. Prior to becoming an attorney, Heather served her community by teaching World History at Auburndale High School. Â Helping others has always been a priority to Heather. Â She is active in the Lakeland community. Heather received her legal education at Barry Law School in Orlando, where she was on scholarship and graduated with honors. Â During law school, Heather served as a Teaching Assistant for her Legal Research and Writing Class. Â She also served as a Research Assistant for her Constitutional Law professor, where she assisted in researching and writing an appellate brief to the 11th Circuit of Appeals. Â Additionally, Heather was on the Trial Team, where she competed nationally in trial competitions. Â Heather received her Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut and her Bachelor of Science in Education and History from Columbus State University, both with high honors.
