Worst lawyer and I have used many for my homes and businesses
I chose to work with Jack Pugh based on his Avvo rating. This is possibly the worst decision I have made in my life……
The contract included the items below:
1) Explaining any legal items to me that I don’t understand
2) A written report explaining the items I don’t understand
3) A written report including your recommendations and suggestions
4) Communicating with opposing counsel on any items that need to be discussed?
5) Redlining the existing agreement as it is currently written
Jack Pugh did not complete items 2-5. I requested a partial refund & Jack Pugh refused to provide me with any refund whatsoever!! It is quite evident why Jack Pugh wanted me to pay upfront via Zelle & not credit card because he knows that a payment on Zelle cannot be disputed
When I sent Jack Pugh a screenshot via email of items 2-5 for him to show proof of completion, he never responded to this particular request.
DO NOT USE! Stay far away from Jack Pugh, unless you want to get RIPPED OFF
