About Jack M. Rosenkranz

I was born and raised in Tampa, went to school at Gorrie, Wilson and Plant. Traveled out of state for college and law school because I knew I would return to the Tampa Bay Area to live. I grew up in the law. My grandfather, father, and younger brother all became lawyers.  There are over 25 lawyers in my extended family.

  In  1991 I opened my own lawfirm, and limited my practice to Health Care Law for Elders.  Elder Care Law is a blessing to practice and I work with very interesting clients and famlies. I enjoy my work and make elder care better by helping families stay in control of their care.  I believe that there are three universal truths in elder care law.

1. When they say it is not about the money, it always is.  This is often a concern with the expense of long term care.  With planning it may be possible to control costs. 2. The person who travels the furthest causes the most trouble, or is known to be an instrument of change.  Distance and Time cause family members to make fast changes without planning due to a need of a new care plan.

3. I will do anything for mom.  There are somethings you are not the best person to preform.  Knowing when to ask for help and what is rights for you are not easy to determine. Of course your family is the exception to the above rules.  If I can be helpful, I will let you know.  If I am not the right person for the job I will help you find the right one.
