As a practicing business law,  real estate attorney and title agent, with over 24 years in private practice, Ms. Salcines, who also holds a dual degree in accounting, is high experienced and ready to  serve her clients in all areas of real estate and business law.   With a practice concentrated on all aspects of real estate law, including residential and commercial closings, title work, 1031 exchanges, landlord/tenant, and real estate litigation, we also handle all aspects of debt defense, including foreclosure and debt/credit card settlement.
