About James Clifton Poindexter

James received a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law and a M.B.A. from Jacksonville University in December 2014. After working as a law clerk for labor and employment firms during his undergraduate and graduate studies, James was admitted to practice law 2015. In 2017, James was also admitted to pracrice law by the State Bar of Georgia.

James is a member of the Board of Governors for the Jacksonville Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section. In 2016 and 2017, the Florida Supreme Court recognized James for his outstanding pro bono service. In 2017, James was made an associate of the Chester Bedell Inn of Court. At Delegal Law Offices, we provide legal guidance and representation for individuals, executives, professionals, businesses and organizations faced with workplace issues throughout the greater Jacksonville and Northeast Florida areas.

We provide a comprehensive review of each potential client’s case, spending the time necessary for a full review and development of an appropriate strategy.
