 He also had a case involving the death of a father misdiagnosed with cancer that saw a $3.5-million verdict (2).  In addition to marking his thirty million dollars in settlements for his clients, he saw a 17.8 million dollar verdict against Florida Highway Patrol for roadway negligence (3).  In fact, he has had a number of multi-million-dollar recoveries that include both verdict and settlement.
