About Jason Goldstein

Jason Goldstein is both a litigator and transactional attorney focused on achieving results for his clients with efficiency and success. As a litigator, Mr Goldstein has successfully prosecuted and defended complex commercial cases for his clients, which include aviation, commercial lending and construction cases.

Mr Goldstein has also worked with his clients to develop effective agreements involving commercial lending transactions. Mr Goldstein's transactional experience further encompasses the sale and acquisition of high-value aircraft. Prior to law school, Mr Goldstein worked for the Federal Aviation Administration and an international aviation corporation within the air traffic industry.

Additionally, Mr Goldstein worked as a commodities broker specializing in the international plastic recycling trade.
