I have been privileged to have served as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to both large and small businesses in industries as diverse as ecommerce, computers, telecommunications, semiconductors, medical devices, financial services, chemicals, and professional services over the last 37 years. I have been corporate counsel to several multinational corporations.

I have managed high stakes litigation in employment law, patent, trade secrets, software and contract disputes. I have bought and sold businesses and formed joint ventures. I'm admitted to practice in Florida, Pennsylvania and New York. I recently became a Florida Civil Circuit Certified Mediator. I have a specialty practice in equine law.
