A bi-lingual, third generation Floridian, Jeffrey M. Fenster is a preeminent Florida Trial Lawyer specializing in personal injury litigation, including catastrophic automobile negligence claims, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, premises liability and wrongful death. For over 30 years, Mr Fenster has successfully negotiated and tried multiple million dollar claims for victims of accidental injuries.

As part of his practice, Mr Fenster has been actively involved in the fight in both the Florida Courts and the Florida legislature to protect the rights of victims against adverse changes in the law. Mr Fenster is a pioneer in the area of nursing home and assisted living facility litigation. He is one of the state’s most experienced trial attorneys in this field, and one of a few select to argue such a case before the Florida Supreme Court.

Mr Fenster has been very active in promoting the rights of the wrongfully injured, by holding professional memberships in several prestigious professional organizations including the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He has served as the President of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association and Vice Chairman of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee.

He has also served as Dean of the People’s law School at Broward Community College, which strives to educate consumers on their legal rights.
