About Jeffrey Michael Byrd

Jeff received his law degree from Stetson University, College of Law, in 1992. His undergraduate degree is in Broadcast Journalism from Brigham Young University. Jeff has been practicing law in Orlando since 1992. He has always been an aggressive trial lawyer who will not compromise his client's rights.

When insurance companies play games with his clients, he aggressively fights for his clients' rights. Jeff has received the highest rating of "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell's Legal Ability Ratings system. An "AV" Rating shows that a lawyer has reached the height of professional excellence (Very High to Preeminent).

Jeff has been selected as an honored member of America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals, an organization limited to individuals who have demonstrated leadership and dedication in their profession. Jeff is double Board Certified, a rare accomplishment for most lawyers.  He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar and nationally by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

  He has held these separate Board Certifications since 2005.  Less than 1% of lawyers are Board Certified in Civil Trial Law.
