Jennifer Erlinger is an aggressive and experienced family law attorney who advocates for the best interest of her clients and their families. Being family focused herself, Jennifer prides herself on not only her dedication to her clients, but also to her daughter. She received her undergradate degree from the University of Florida, and received both her Juris Doctor and her Master's in Business Administration from Stetion University.
Her studies focused on Trial Advocacy, where she received a Certificate in Concentration in Advocacy. Prior to joining Wood, Atter, & Wolf, Ms. Erlinger has worked as an Assistant State Attorney, Assistant Attorney General both in child support enforcement and in the Ethics Bureau. She has also worked at the Guardian Ad Litem Program, where she represented foster children aging out of the Florida foster care system.
Since working at Wood, Atter, and Wolf, P.A., Jennifer has successfully represented hundreds of clients and families move toward finding a brighter future, while also returning to her roots in working to represent Florida residents against state agencies in her practice of the administrative law. Her previous work at the State Attorney's Office enables her to handle complex criminal issues for both adults and juvenile clients.
Jennifer’s trial experience in the public sector has prepared her to represent clients from all walks of life in their family, criminal, and administrative law cases. She is active in both the legal community and the community at large, whether she is volunteering at local elementary schools, donating time and efforts to those in need, or helping clients to better their own situation.
