I am a trial lawyer and counselor with over 29 years experience in handling sophisticated commercial matters.  I have substantial experience in real estate-related matter including the representation of landowners and condemning authorities in eminent domain proceedings.  Prior to joining the Smith Hulsey firm in 1987, I practiced for four years with the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service.
