About John Marcel LeRoux

John M. LeRoux is a Florida native and has practiced law in his home state since 1988.   Mr LeRoux has extensive eminent domain and inverse condemnation experience including pre-acquisition planning, pre-suit negotiations, discovery, mediation, and jury trials.  Mr LeRoux is a graduate of the University of South Florida and Stetson University of College of Law where he was a member of the Stetson Law Review.

Mr LeRoux has acted as lead counsel in thousands of condemnations actions and has a solid foundation of knowledge regarding the technical prerequisites for the use of the power of eminent domain and the court decisions that impact both the acquisition process and the process of determining full compensation to be paid to a property owner.
