About Jonathan Richard Hart

Jonathan Hart is an associate in WSHB’s Florida offices, where his practice concentrates on insurance coverage, construction, professional liability and general liability litigation. In addition, Jonathan has substantial experience handling complex litigation for nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Jonathan graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law, where he was the recipient of the Walter Mann Award, was selected to join the National Order of Barristers and served as president of the Moot Court Board. While attending law school, he was a judicial extern for the Honorable K. Rodney May of the U.

S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Honorable Elizabeth A. Kovachevich of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Jonathan received his undergraduate degree in finance and business management from Florida State University. Mr Hart is licensed to practice law in Florida.

  He is a member of The Florida Bar and also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem.
