Jordan Richards is the founder and managing partner of USA Employment Lawyers, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  His experience as a litigator includes lawsuits arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), Family Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"), Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), Florida Civil Rights Act ("FCRA"), Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"), Lanham Act, Fair Housing Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Title VII Discrimination , as well as trademark infringment cases, copyright infringement cases, adversary cases in bankruptcy, personal injury cases, condominium disputes, and contract disputes in both federal and state court.
