I became a family estate planning lawyer in Florida because I am passionate about serving and educating those in my community on the need for preemptive estate planning, as well as assisting families through life’s toughest challenges. I am NOT your traditional lawyer. I do not wear a suit and tie every day.
I do not use outdated legal billing practices. I do not disappear after our contract ends. If I cannot help you, I will put you in the hands of someone I would trust with my own legal needs. When looking for an estate planning lawyer in Florida, you should want someone you can easily communicate with and trust.
My goal is to get to know my clients on a personal, familial level, and build a life-long working relationship. I want to be the person you trust to provide you, your children and your family with guidance now and in the future. It is also important to me that my clients understand what services I am delivering and what protections they are receiving.
I always aim to provide information in elementary, easy-to-understand, terms – leaving out the legal jargon and mumble-jumble. While I previously focused my law practice on litigation-based legal disputes (i.e., going to court ALL the time), my ultimate passion is working with parents of young children and educating them on the importance of planning for their future and their children’s future.
Being a young parent myself, having seen the pitfalls of both do-it-yourself planning and a complete failure to plan, I understand the need for other parents to protect their money, property and belongings, as well as their spiritual, intellectual and human legacy. More importantly, I understand the unquestioned need for parents of young children to have a specific, detailed protection plan in place for their children’s safety and health care in the event something should happen to one or both parents.
