Greetings, I am Jordon V. Fosky.  As an attorney, I have passionately dedicated my career representing those injured as a result of the negligence of others as well as individuals wrongfully denied or undercompensated by insurance companies. There is an inherent imbalance of power between individuals, large corporations and insurance companies.

I strive hard to restructure this balance of power in favor of the consumer.  As a result, I fight to right the numerous wrongs often placed upon the innocent victims of all personal injury claims, including but not limited to, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, wrongful deaths as well as all insurance disputes and/or denials.
